Smooth and quiet!
I had this unit delivered to my house after returning a proform unit to Sears, because it wouldn't go together, missing parts or something. I got this one and it went together very easy. The motion is smooth and its so quiet I can have the TV volume on low, so I don't wake the kids. It has all the buttons I need and I would recommend this to anyone.
