Im 6′ tall and weigh 225 lbs. What should my daily caloric intake be?

I have a large bone structure w/ broad shoulders. I work in an office, so 8 hours a day are spent behind a desk. I use my Elliptical Trainer 5 days a week for at lеаѕt 30 min. and I do pushups and sit ups on Mon, Wed and Fri mornings. Hοw many calories should I eat to lose about 20 – 25 pounds? Currently I average about 2700 – 3200 a day. Anу tips?
